Gabriela Fernandez

Ms. Fernandez is a dedicated Spanish teacher with over three years of international teaching experience, including teaching kindergarten in Saudi Arabia. She has also worked as a special needs preschool teacher and served as a substitute teacher within Alachua Public Schools. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida, she brings a strong multicultural perspective to her classroom. Ms. Fernandez is a native Spanish speaker, speaks Italian, and is passionate about creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment for all students. As a mother, she values patience, empathy, and strong communication as essential components of effective teaching.
